| Is Our Booking Protected ? |
|
| If you pay the deposit by credit card, your holiday is fully protected since the card issuer covers you for the full cost of the holiday. This would be so even if you were to pay the balance by cheque or some means other than that card. This protection is given in law under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. |
| How Do We Book Our Holiday ? |

| How Do We Book Our Flights ? |
|
| The holidays that we offer do not include flights, so you need to get these from an online agent or your local travel agent if you prefer. For advice on flight timings and some airlines that we have used in the past, please take a look at our airlines page or give us a call. |
| For those of you looking for an easy "One Stop" shop for your international and internal flights, we recommend Skytrak, an independent ATOL protected company based in the UK. To get more details, please call us or click here to visit their website. |
| Do You Have An ATOL ? |
| We do not need an ATOL as we do not sell flights. |

| What Happens After Our Booking ? |
| After your booking we will send you a Confirmation Invoice and a check list of things that you need to do, for example booking flights and getting your visas. |
| Before you travel, we will send you an Information Pack which gives you all the information that you need to make your final plans and enjoy your holiday. This includes things such as the cost of drinks, tipping and contact numbers to use when you are travelling. |
